I offer what is called the Leadership and Take Action Now model of coaching that integrates value based coaching and a Gestalt model for present centered leadership and life activation. This program focuses on the role of the creative unconscious to activate ones innate creative potentialities through the teachings and training's of Zen Meditation, Trance Work as well as a Gestalt-based leadership style methods for creative leadership enhancement. Individuals leave the training with tools to activate and utilize their inner core resources of the creative unconscious. The model of leadership is a Transformational model that highlights and emphasis the core strengths of the leader: a model of leading from the inside out.
